In order for the design department to prepare submittal packages for you the customer with accurate truss designs and an efficient turn-around time we require your assistance. 

What we need to provide you with an accurate truss submittal:

1- A full set of construction documents.

2- Enough time to prepare the submittal.

3- Open lines of communication with both contractors, and building design staff.

What we need to provide you with an accurate truss quote:

1- A full set of construction documents (preferably.)

2- Enough time to prepare an accurate bid.

3- Open lines of communication with both contractors, and building design staff.

What does a proper truss submittal contain?

1- Full sized roof and floor truss placement plans.

2- Truss to truss & truss to bearing connection details with required state seal.

3- Roof & floor truss shop drawings with required state seal.

4- An engineered bracing diagram with required state seal (ordered upon receipt of approved shop drawings.)

5- Field installation guides for installation of temporary bracing.

6- Full customer support.

How long will it take for me to receive a truss submittal?

An exact time frame is generally not given. This is because every project is different and a designer cannot know what they may run into.
