As the founder and head of our company, Mr. Steele oversees all departments and aspects of Steele Truss Company. Because of Tom's efforts this company has grown from a small local fabricator to one of the largest CFM truss fabricators in the Northeast. Joel serves as president of Steele Truss Company. Joel oversees the day to day operations of the company as well as all scheduling and sales. Joel is truly service orientated and will do everything he can to make a customers experience with us a good one. If you should have any questions concerning availability of our products Joel is the person to talk to.

Loretta Steele / Accounts, HR     lsteele@steeltrusses.net 

Loretta is responsible for all financial transactions at our company. If you have any questions concerning billing, Loretta is the person to talk to. As well as dealing with the financial end of the business Loretta assists the sales department by generating new project leads.

Robert "RT" Steele / Wood Truss Sales  r.t.steele@steeltrusses.net 

RT has been with Steele Truss Company his entire life. With one year of university left RT has began to transition from the production department to the sales department. RT is responsible for local wood truss sales, generating new project leads, and working on expanding Steele Truss Company's market.
